Well today was Slow & Heavy Chest followed by Slow & Heavy Triceps and then 30 minutes of Step. I chose Step, Jump and Pump for the fun factor. I was quite pleased at how much stronger my chest muscles have gotten. I don't even think I had the 20 lb weights the last time I did this workout. I managed to stay with the 20s until the flys on the incline when I switched to the 15s on the second set. I'm even thinking I may need to ask for 25s for Christmas. Those super slow push ups at the end were quite nasty. I'm happily anticipating the DOMS.
