Today was scheduled as a 45 min steady state bike ride, right?
For me, it was a 9 mile TM run, with speed work (half mile intervals with quarter mile recovery).

How's everybody doing???

I'm thinking I may add on some floor leg work tomorrow morning with the upper body. MAYBE!

I am not much into bike rides, so I am going to do 45 min. cardio!
Maybe I go for a3 mil. run( ! If I get my butt up!
Great job on your 9 mil. run:) :) :)
Tomorrow I have to do the Bonus Cardio with the upper body!

I just finished Kickmax! It was way to hot(82 degrees) outside! I am going to run on Saturday!

I don't have a bike and it was way too cold to run this morning (30 degrees), so I did Step Works. This week is my first week with the gym style series but I really enjoyed the first 2. I hope I won't be disappointed with back, shoulders & biceps tomorrow.
