Get your game faces on and let's go in this action packed non stop boxing workout (no heavy bag work) followed by an explosive plyo leg workout.

Equipment needed:

Boxing gloves (optional)

Moderate weight for leg work between blasts
 
Didn't this workout go by FAST! The cardio boxing worked the upper body perfectly right with emphasis on the core region.
And the leg segment alternating between plyo and a blast had them on fiyah! Definitely felt the air on those jumps.:D
