There are three exercises per round and each round gets repeated once.

Equipment Needed:

A variety of weighted dumbbells ranging from 8 to 20 pounds

A High Step with three risers

A fitness mat

This was more cardio-intensive than I thought but in a good way. That last exercise...WOW, that burned!!! Just as simple as having the leg in line with the other knee-huge difference that I never tried; got in the glute real good!
 
I just did this one the other day, and thought the same thing! Can you believe we have been doing it all these years and didn’t know the difference it makes?!!
The woman is just brilliant!
