Attention Cathe Live subscribers: Thursday, April 14, 2022 at 9:30am EST we’ll be doing “PHA Supersets #3”live! Time to dive in and let your heart and muscles do the pumping! You’ll be doing two lower body exercises followed by two upper body exercises from start to finish! Let’s do this

Equipment needed:


A set of 5 through 15 pound dumbells (lighter or heavier if desired)

A full sized step with two risers under each side (feel free to go higher or lower if desired …there is no step aerobics in this workout )
Optional:

Lifting gloves for comfort

Step mini mat to put on your step platform for cushion

Yes it’s 42 minutes…grab a challenging weight for each exercise and dive in. I discovered I could have gone a little heavier on a few exercises after it was completed. Next time
