Hi Gang!

I just got done with PLB and then did 10 minute Stability Abs. PLB was tough, as usual. Mostly the ball stuff. But i won't whine about that again! LOL!

Strangely enough, my back is sore this morning from that Hip Hop Abs cardio. It's not sore bad, it feels like DOMS. It feels like my back core area.Very weird!

Hi ladies! I'm been missing in action for a few days! I did workout, though. Let's see if I can remember???
Saturday: Amy's In the Ring (got most of it down this time -fun!)
Sunday: Tracey's Strictly Upper Body (my biceps are still sore!) and Christi Taylor's Hi/Lo Heaven (blast from the past and fun)
Monday: Butts & Guts (Chris, I'm with you on the ball stuff - ouch!)
Today: Turbo Jam Kick, Punch, and Jam. I used the weighted gloves and it really made it tougher.

Chris, I have Hip Hop Abs. I'll have to try it again - which one are you doing? If it's giving you a good soreness in your back, I need that! I was telling my DH the other day, since when did my back get fat???? Oh, the joys of being over 40!

Kathy, Imax 2 is always a good one!

Tomorrow I think I'm going to do Christi's Fit to Dance.

This weekend was busy. Sunday we seemed to have a revolving door - I counted a total of nine kids in and out of the house all day - not including my own four! But, they all seemed to have fun. Have a great day all!
