Hope everyone is doing good today..

I didn't check in yesterday, because I had a horrible day. yet another headache. It's not that it's piercing or horribly painful, it's just there, and I get this underlying nausea and fatigue with it. So I overanalyze and figure I've either got a brain tumor or I'm pregnant!!!!! HA!

So Wednesday ended up being a "no workout" day. I just couldn't do it.

Today, I feel a bit better. the headache is still kind of there. But not like yesterday. So I cranked out Pyramid Lower Body (yesterday's scheduled workout) and hope to do a run or maybe Hip Hop Abs cardio burn this afternoon to make up for 2 days of workouts...

Am I the only one that hates legs on the stability ball? I just can't crank out the one legged pull ins after doing 25 minutes of Pyramid weights! Ugh! I did my best though...But felt like such a weakling!

Okay, better get myself out the door before to do some errands before I can't anymore!

JUst finished S&H Legs and 4DS legs felt like I was going to pass out:-/

Chris, hope your headaches let up. That's no fun. Are you taking anything for it? Yes, yes, I hate legs on the stability ball! Well, it's not so much that I hate them, just can't do them. I can do maybe one or two of the one-legged pullins, but I feel it way more in my calf than anywhere else. I think I'm doing something wrong.

Today was workout 2 from KCM 30 minutes to fitness - biceps, triceps and shoulders. Good workout! I added on the 4DS LIS. I love the choreography in that one. I wish Cathe would make a longer step workout like that one. Tomorrow is probably all cardio.

I think it's even harder to work lower body when you don't feel good! Don't know how you got through all what YOU did, Randi!

YES! I felt the one legged pull ins ALOT in my calf today...they were tough. I did maybe 3 or 4 of them, and then switched to 2 legged. The inner thigh leg pull ins (froggy) , I didn't even lift my ass off the floor. So pathetic!!

I agree... LIS is fun! It does seem like it's been a while since Cathe came out with a good long STEP workout. Is she going to do a cardio STS series to go with the weight STS stuff?

Oh I did go for my run at the park! 40 minutes! It felt good, but my head is still 'heavy'. But not near like yesterday!!

Hi ladies!!

Chris: Yes, I am not a fan of the legs on the stability ball. I guess because they are super tough. I always feel it next day..I also hate those pikes on the ball too. HARD..They were in my workout today..wow, those darn headaches..I am gald you are better today.

I also like the step part to LIS. I don't think she is doing a cardio part. At least I think that I read that somewhere. But, I would LOVE it if she would...I love her cardio..

Today's workout was Pyramid Upper Body and my lower body is feeling it from Butts & Gutts yesterday. Love that one as I am always feeling it next day. Makes me feel like I had a great workout..

Well, gotta get dinner made. Hubby is off this week and he has been requesting dinner early..But that is ok. Then I have it all clean and done...
