still undecided but I like the rotation posted by FitnessFreak called Get Ready for Summer - it's mainly cardio and upper body I'll decide later today Phyllis http://www.picturetrail.com/pwmatt
I'm not, too much leg work. My legs tend to get big if I work them too much and then my jeans are tight. I hate that. I think I may possibly follow my summer rotation that I posted. I need to lose a bit of fat so hopefully this will do it.
I am with Debbie too much leg work bulks my legs and then it takes too long to de-bulk and it is getting to close to short season to go through that. I probably will stick with a circuit rotation(with extra cardio) until my p90x program arrives }( .
Hi Sunny! I'm passing on this one too. The April rotation, in addition to my regular running and kickboxing, would be too much on these old legs. I believe I'm going to join Phyllis and do Fitnessfreak's summer rotation.

I've been doing a similar rotation because I needed to build my legs back up from 6 months of no lower body work last year. I have been doing cardio 4-5 days a week though...more of an endurance type of leg rotation. I too don't do just leg work without cardio to avoid bulking up the legs.
The April rotation is something to use for inspiration and tweek according to your body type.
