Anyone with ideas??

Hello everyone!!

I was hoping to get some answers/suggestions on how to incorporate Pilates into my current routine. I ordered the abs sculting and buns and thigh sculting Winsor Pilates Dvd's last night. I was thinking of doing this.. please ..take a sec to give me any feedback or suggestions u pro's might spare..mon .. cardio 30min /pilates 20min /tues.. cardio 30min/pilates 20min..wed: cardio 60min. thurs. Power hour/M End or MIS /friday & sat.. same as monday and tues.. gotta run .. thanks in advance

Hi Candy,

I started incorporating Pilates into my workout week, about 3 weeks ago, I do 10-20 minutes after a cardio workout. So, far, I only have the Quick Fix Pilates, and the Crunch Pick Your Spot Pilates, but I plan also to invest in some of the Winsor workouts. I probably fit in 4-5 x 10 minute sessions a week.

Yes, my core is MUCH stronger, yes, in only 3 weeks ! I thought there was no hope left for my abs after having 3 babies within 4 years. But, I can do traditional ab exercises, like Cathe's, much more efficiently, and I can go longer with the repititions, too. I have no doubt, that with Pilates, my core will carry on getting better and better.

Now, with difference in my other body bits, it is too early to tell. But, I find that because my core is getting stronger, the Pilates work for the legs and butt can be done much more efficiently. I have to say, it is very relaxing after a Cathe/Cardio workout.

This is encouraging cause I ordered the Winsor Pilates AB sculpting and buns and thighs, they were mailed out on Monday, I should be getting them in a few days. I need help in the lower abs mostly that is the hardest part it seems to get back into shape lol, along with the glutes and thighs. I am 43 and have never exercised with any consistancy until March 3rd of this year. I have 2 sons, so my abs are flabby too, getting better as far is losing the fat. :7 ... So these pilates sound real good. :7 .... Rhonda
 
Great Rhonda!! Good luck with the pilates w/outs. i ordered those too..i hope to LOVE them .. and what they do for me!!!! Let us know what happens.. :D
