Anyone with core board experience??

midnight

Cathlete
Hi,

I just acquired a Reebox core board. My trainer uses them a lot in her studio for strength and balance work. She uses resistance tubes a lot with them. I got mine second-hand so there were no instructions with it. I've only used it a little bit and got it because my balance is terrible. Anyone have/had one and can share some thoughts?

Much thanks,
Lois

I have one that is gathering dust. I found that the three difficulty levels aren't all that difficult. There are three videos that are available through the Reebok store online.

They also might have some info on exercises at the on-line store.

I have one that I use occasionally. Don't bother with the videos, they are not worth it. I mostly just make stuff up as I go along. I use a medicine ball on it, do squats, then raise one leg, etc. Also challenging are one-legged deadlifts. Really have to engage your core to not fall off! I use it on light days and feel that I can get a fairly good workout.

I'd be happy to sell it to you. I don't have a box for it, so I'd have to buy one or take it to a packing and shipping place to send, which would add to the cost, but we could make a deal (board and 4 videos). Email me (I'll be back in the office and can access email on Monday).
