There must be someone out there who uses nutrawatch b/c I saw it posted on another thread somewhere.It seems to be fairly accurate,unlike fitday.com.I was always way off with my calories there.
I was just wondering,what is your cholestrol intake for the day? I have no idea about this stuff b/c I always watched my fat and calorie intake.I just ate an egg sandwich and a put it in the systom.Everything was good except for my cholestrol.Apparently,I am suppose to have 300mg for the day (would that be right?) and I guess an egg must have a lot.It just seems hard b/c how can you eat natural protein and not use up your cholestrol for the day?
Lucky for me, I have low cholestrol so I am not worried about it at all.I was just wondering what are everyone elses daily requirments?
