Anyone who has had PF, when.....

If you have ever had plantar fasciitis how did you know you were ready to go back to your regular workouts? Did you take it slow at first? My foot feels fine under normal circumstances. I did try Step Moves last Friday and my heel hurt afterwards. I am dying to get back to the cardio I love so much!!! I have been riding a stationary bike and it is sooooo boring!
 
i did pt 3x a day in december,no step-just p90x+,floor legs. now i feel fine. i did low max with no prob. i still stretch but only after work or cardio.if your heel still hurts then stop!! heel the heel before it gets worse
 
I just cut back and go back slowly. I find that my PF flares up when I push to hard to quick. PF is evil. I hate it.
 
I did tape my foot yesterday and did Shock Cardio Kickbox. It didn't hurt as much afterwards as when I did Step Moves. Maybe because there is not as much jumping in kickbox or maybe it is getting betetr......
