Anyone up for an MIC-ME weekend??

I have both MIC and ME on my rotation for this weekend. I have never done MIC in full, and frankly, I'm a little nervous! ME is always tough. lol

Anyway, I know lots of folks are on rotations here, but if you aren't (or even if you are!), is anyone interested in doing an MIC-ME weekend??? I'm going to do MIC Saturday and ME Sunday... I am utterly determined to take this winter weight off!

I've got my weekend workout plans already made (CW on Sat; rest on Sun), so I'm going to decline your invitation. However, I wanted to cheer you on. You can do it! If you start to flag during the MIC step, then either go down to a 6" step (if you aren't already), and/or take out the jumping. Even doing the workout low-impact will get your heartrate up. Just modify as you need to get to the end. You'll be so proud of yourself!

I'm running 8 miles tomorrow and 4 on Sunday, but I'll throw in ME on Sunday with you for sure! I haven't done it in forever and would love to join you:)
 
Hmmm...well I have to work tomorrow so I was planning on cardio in the morning & gym in the afternoon, so I'll join you tomorrow for MIC. That would be at 6:30 am so I'll see you then. ;-)

I'm really looking forward to the weekend, I'll tell you, I am SO bloated from TTOM I feel like I've gained 50 pounds. ICK!

I'll be with you in spirit. I have already planned on HSC on Sat and SB on Sunday. I will be sweating with you though.

I'm not 100% sure what weekend plans I've got, but it sure doesn't include a set rotation! LOL

I AM IN! I am planning on MIC tomorrow morning (plus PLB floor work), then I'll shoot for ME on Sunday!

Gayle and Haydee, yay! It is really good for me to know someone is with me in spirit when I am doing really tough workouts, and I just need the discipline right now.

I will post Saturday and Sunday, and I'll look for all of you guys there!

Robin, thanks for your support and have fun! I love SB but really need to kick my cardio up a few notches. I do step all the time, since I am such a step ho! LOL

OK, ladies. You have me really pumped up for my weekend workouts now! I haven't done MIC in MONTHS!!!! LONG MONTHS! I'm kinda scared! LOL

DONE! I was up early this morning, 6am (actually slept in by an hour, lol) and did MIC followed by L&G ankle weight section, plus some leg extensions and hamstring curls on my weight bench.

MIC is so muhc fun! I actually had a harder time with the hi/lo part than the step.

LOVE IT!

Tomorrow.......ME, followed by some walking lunges and perhaps a treadmill walk.
