Yes, I have this workout, and it's pretty good. The first half consists of standing and cardio exercizes that targets the core (jabs and punches, knee lifts, waist twists, running in place, lots of jump roping -- which I do without a rope). The second half is classic ab floor work. I don't reach for it that often, but I do like it. It's not really killer, except for the last section of the floor exercizes -- that particular move goes on forever. Because it's only thirty minutes (15 minutes each section), it needs to be paired with something else (or used on busy days). I either do it with Tae Bo Abs and Glutes, or recently I added it on to Janice Saffel's Hardcore Kickboxing. I could also see using it with the first half of K,P,C on days when you don't want to do the combos. I used to take it traveling with me since it can be done in a fairly small amount of space. It has a 7 bonus minute buns workout by Dolores Munoz that is also good for travel (I usually do it twice since it is so short). The music is stuff I've heard on several other workouts (one piece is also on Cardio Kicks, I think), and I don't like it that much. But, it's a solid, short workout that can be used in combination with other workouts. It's not my favorite, but it's not a waste either.
