I just tried a couple of videos that I had bought a while back and never got around to and was pleasantly surprised:
Trish Muse - Ab Attack - One Hour Ab Workout (30 min abs/30 min core stabilization). I am starting a month or two where I want to do some intense ab work and core strengthening. I've never liked my abs, and my lower abs (below the waist) are particularly weak. In fact I don't even really feel them when I am exercising. Anyhoo, this workout was awesome - she used a lot of neat exercises/ideas that I had never seen before and I really felt my lower abs in the lower work. She also did some interesting exercises on the stabilization section. I would highly recommend this video if you can take the long ab workout. But hey - we work our legs/butt for 60 min, why not abs/core?
Mindy Mylrea - Awesome Intervals - just 1 word - awesome. I love her style (you'll either love her or hate her - she's very chatty and motivational and funny) and I would rank this right up with IMAX. I find the intervals not quite as intense, but the rest inbetween is shorter and a bit more intense, so I think this gives excellent variety to our interval work. Nothing super complicated but it was fun and I enjoyed the music.
Ok, signing out from my reviewing job for the day!
