Anyone tried Proactiv Clarifying Night Cream?

I haven't tried that one, but I use the proactiv skin lightening lotion twice a day for brownish and reddish spots.

If the scars are raised they are very treatable and your dermatologist should help you get rid of them easily (microdermabrasion, photofacials, etc.), but if the scars are hipotrophic (like little holes in your skin) those are harder to treat and to get rid of completely.

Rose, do you just use the skin lightening lotion and not the repairing lotion? Do you no longer have breakouts? My scars are really just pink and brownish spots. In the past they usually have disappeared in 4-6 months. I am just wondering if this night cream with retinol will help. Thanks!

I use only three proactiv products in my problem areas: the skin lightening lotion, the advanced blemish treatment, and the deep cleansing wash. I have combination skin and I suffer from ocasional acne breakouts in my oily areas. I use Dr. Perricone's products in my dry areas along with some other products. But my main skin problem (condition) is rosacea so my skin is sensitive to most acne medications. To the best of my knowledge, you should use the repairing lotion in the morning and the clarifying night cream at night (instead of the repairing lotion), but that is basically your acne prevention regimen. The skin lightening lotion which I use is for problem spots only. You cannot apply it all over your skin. I use a q-tip and I apply just a bit to any brown or pink spot I see. If you use it during the day you should use a lotion with SPF 15 or more over it. The advanced blemish treatment is used the same way, but it is for acne spots only. I hope this helps.

The results are not immediate. It takes a while and it doesn't work for everybody. In fact, it says on the label that you should stop using the lotion if you don't see results in three months.x(

I thought the repairing lotion was only to be dotted on blemishes as they occur? If I used it on my whole face, I'd burn my skin. My skin's really sensitive though.

(I use Proactiv regularly - I use the scrub in the morning. I use the toner and the repairing lotion only occasionally. as needed. I sometimes use the day cream w/ SPF 15 too.)

I believe you're supposed to use a dime size amount of the repairing lotion on your entire face, rather than treating a specific pimple. However, if this works for you I would continue to do so!:)
