I posted back in Feb about this and thought it was related to extra supplements I was taking. I stopped them and so did the palps. They were weird because it was like a flutter when I bent down to pick something up off the floor or if I sat down really fast (it only happened sometimes though). Anyway, a few mos ago I added back in part of the supplemet I had stopped but this is also when the whole Nexium/Prevacid/acid reflux/ liver hemangioma/galbladder/hiatal hernia thing started. Wow......sounds like I'm falling apart
I was also having a feeling like I had to take a deep breath a lot; not a shortness of breath or anything; just like I was having to make myself breathe. I was still "trying" to run and doing step and all and everything was fine. I noticed that when I added my anxiety med, it was much better. At night, everything is fine and I sleep well. So I'm wondering how axiety/stress related this could be. After the endoscopy in recovery, my BP was GREAT. I know I have MVP and I've had palps since I was 17. During the work ups for galbladder and such a couple of docs at least listened to the heart and never said anything sounded weird. I COULD go have my echo that I get every 5 years but really don't want to pay for it on top of all the other crap I've had to pay for lately (my endoscopy was $10,000....thank goodness for good insurance). . Plus I'm SICK of going to the drThen I was wondering if the palps when bending over could be caused by my stomach getting squished and having something to do with the hernia maybe???? Them maybe it could be Lyme rearing it's head again. I just think it's weird that the palps went awat after I stopped the supplements back in June because I thought they would. Ok...enough ranting. Just wondering if anyone still gets them andhow anxiety plays a role. Adding in that I'm 36 and I know perimenopause could be rearing it's head as well.
