Anyone out there super tired!?

Wow, I am pooped! It's a short week and everything too! I woke this morning and was sore all over, exhausted and just wiped out. I am doing a tough rotation this month but I don't remember being this tired the last time that I did it! I took today as a rest day, although I had a leg workout scheduled, and vowed that if there was any energy left, I would do the workout tonight. Well, with two deserts, a lasagna and cranberry sauce to make, that didn't happen! But even if I didn't have that stuff to do, I'd have been too tired for the workout. Hopefully tongiht I can get some rest and start fresh tomorrow! The turkey is not going to help that tired feeling tomorrow ;)

...maybe it is just that time of year?
 
MMMMEEEEEEEEEEe!!! ifeel ya Christine!!! life has been major hectic and i'm ready for a long winter's nap, but there's too much to do. sigh...anyone got fresh coffee? (wendy!):p

Right there with ya too. I am beat. That two hour w/o on today's rotation put the icing on the cake. I am fried mentally and physically. I have four days off to recharge though. I am soooo glad tomorrow is my rest day on the rotation. I don't think I could do a two hour workout on a tummy full of turkey and trimmings!

I can't believe I'm still up!!:eek:
 
Agree I'm sooooooo tired. Ah nap sounds good!

My ex is here - we just put the turkey in. Kids are at the HS football game. It's snowing and I just couldn't get myself to go. BAD MOM :(

BC for me today. I took last night off as we had the HS bonfire.
 
This time of year makes me tired too. It's a lot of rushing around and I swear it has something to do with the extra darkness. All I want to do is crawl back under the covers and sleep.

I've become a fan of 1/2 hr naps on the weekend :)

I need to get up with son for his meds in the am 7ish and then usually can't get back to sleep. Nothing beats the feeling of waking up refreshed after a nap :)
 
With 4 days in a row off from work, and not having to set the alarm, I'm sleeping like 12 hours a night. It's awesome. But it's true, I still don't quite have enough energy for cardio. I chalk it up to spending a lot of time with family, which is very draining.
