Anyone interested?

HI everyone,
After I sat back and realized that the rotation I had made was way to much,I strolled on over to the rotation forum to see what I could check out.:)
I found July's rotation which seems to be a good one.Did anyone try it?
I am going to do this rotation.With the best eating possible(for me)and see where I stand in 4 weeks.I would love to feel awesome about myself during all those christmas parties.
I rearranged some workouts though.Because I wanted to have the Body Blast series involved as much as possible.
I was wondering if anyone was interested in joining this rotation with me? I would love to have a pal (or 2-3:p )to chat to about this rotation while I am doing it.
I didn't know if anyone was just wondering what to do next.And I figured I would ask.

Hey Lori!

Last July I was doing the new Tank Top Rotation and missed this one, so I have decided to do it until the BB DVD's arrive.

I started it middle of last week (after a forced rest of 4 days due to the fact that all of San Diego was burning and we were expecting to have to fight fires to save our house...all over now, thank God).

Today I will substitute "IMax 2 Mania" plus "BC Cardio Only" for the 40 minute walk/run (weather not so good here and I LOVE those High Intensity premixes on the Intensity Series)and then move on to BodyMax tomorrow (the beginning of week two).

I'd love to join you!! I had such fun "working out" with the ladies on the TTR last summer...I'm up for it! Let's go, Girl!

Addendum: Just finished my workout. Instead of adding BC Cardio to Imax 2 Blast Mania, I was having so much fun, I added my own DVD version of IMax 1 Blast. All 20 intervals together turn out to be about 50 minutes of interval work, excluding the warm up/cool down, so I guess that counts for the 40 min walk/run!

P.S. I didn't realize you already had the BB Series on VHS, Lori...I guess I'll have to stick to the July Rotation as is, as I am one of the unfortunates waiting patiently for those DVD's!!!!
 
Hi Lori, I"ve been thinking of doing this rotation also, but subbing in the Body Blast videos. I would like to see what you have decided for the rotation with the Body Blast videos included.

Great to hear someone wants to join me! Can you tell I don't like to do things by myself?:)
This is how I have mixed it up....and we just got our new bowflex machine so I may have to use that somedays but as for now this is how I have incorpaorated BB.
Week 1-Legs and glutes,instead of leaner legs.
Step blast instead of MIC
Week 2-Step blast instead of Step fit
KPC instead of Cardio kicks
I might do Supersets instead of MIS on friday
Week3- Step Blast instead of MIC
I might do SJP instead of C&W
Week4- Step balst instead of step works

Thats all of the changes I have made thus far.I may mix it up a little more and do Supersets and Push and Pull when I get the chance instead of other weight workouts.I can't imagine having the videos sitting there for that long and not using them.I also may have to take different rest days then planned b/c I work two part-time jobs and somedays I work at both places.
I am going to see how this goes and I may keep following it right up till christmas.
I need to get some sort of program b/c I just do whatever I feel like and before I know it the week as passed and I didn't work my legs.Not good.
Anyway,I will start a check in tomorrow morning, please come and join me!:p

I'd LOVE to do the same - look awesome and feel better and more confident, especially with the holidays fast approaching and just for my overall health.

Its amazing how much better you can feel about yourself,when you take care of yourself.
For instance,I may follow this rotation,not see alot of change and not lose any weight.But because I ate better and took better care of myself, I will feel better about myself.
Today I changed some of my eating patterns.I didn't eat many sweets and I ate till I was comfortable.And I even feel better today b/c I made those changes.
I am really looking forward to this rotation and I am so happy that you guys are checking in with me

THis is so GREAT! I was planning on starting the July fat loss rotation tomorrow AM! I just finished the September rotation and am so excited to start the July one. It is so inspiring knowing that Cathe herself came up with these. I am waiting for the BB DVD's, so I will try to follow the rotation as she wrote it. I am hoping this will be the rotation to break me out of a plateau and lose the last 10 pounds I want to lose. I'm excited to join with the rest of you. I look forward to doing this rotation together! :)

I dunno? I don't think we should call it july rotation check-in.....maybe FL+D rotation check-in? (fat loss + definition)Or christmas prep check-in.Because I am partly doing this to prepare myself for christmas. Or even definition rotation check-in.
Either way we need to come up with one soon, b/c it is Monday now.I am going to work out before I start the check-in.If someone else wants to go ahead and start the check-in thats fine to.I figured I would wait until I have more time to check out the forum,plus whenI sit down I tend to get lazy:eek: Gotta keep mov'in..chat to you soon.
