LAST EDITED ON Jun-25-02 AT 08:32PM (Est)[p]I'm a professional stock and futures trader. I thought I'd let you guys know that tomorrow is going to be probably the best buying opportunity in GOOD stocks that we'll see for years to come.
If you haven't been following, the market has been going down for weeks and after the close today, Worldcom unveiled a massive accounting fraud. Without going into a lot of detail, the market is going to gap down huge tomorrow with good stuff being thrown out along with bad and lots of program and end of quarter selling as well.
You know how they tell you to buy low and sell high. Well, this is the chance to buy REALLY low. So if you have a stock you like, tomorrow morning's the time. I'll bet a week from now, darn near anything quality that gets bought tomorrow morning will have appreciated by 20% at a minimum. The market is that oversold. IT's going to be worse than after the September 11 thing.
So, pick your poison, hold your nose and dive in. I've got my list ready to commit every dime I have left.
For example: I have a large position in JDSU, a stock I sold to an S&P index fund for $130.00 a share that I was able to buy back at $2.52 a share! It's mind boggling.
