Anyone have the current Collage Video's Guide?

Hi, this is Marsha,
I am 56 and trying to stop the body from heading South, heck, from heading North, East and West.
I am not as advanced as everyone from the Cathe forum, but trying to up my exercise routines by starting with Cathe's beginner tapes, if there are any I can do:>) I did get PUB and Power Hour.
I just wanted to share with you becasue I was actually chosen to write a few words in the current Collage Guid. This was exciting for me. I have ordered from them for many years and they called one day and asked me to send in a few words for being a long time Collage Video person.I did not have a weight loss story to share, but I have been orderring rom them since 1986(showing my age here;.0
The small(very small:>) article from me is on page 22.
Not a great picture....but still sort of kewl.

I just read your story. You are an inspiration. Keeping with exercise for that long is excellent! I hope I can say in the future I can make the same claim and be able to prove it with a strong, toned body.

What a great find for me, discoverring this board.
I am not a die heart as many of you seem to be and I am sure I will be falling off the step and practicing a lot when I get my videos from Cathe. I still am deciding on an easy step or low impact for my 56 years. I did get Muscle Endurance and Power Hour, now I need a low impact cardio. I just like to do a different video everyday so I do not get bored.
I have not fully given up the snacks and chocolate I like, but I do try to exercise an hour in the morning to 90 minutes and then another hour late in the afternoon, early evening, at least five days a week, this way, I sometimes can have my cake and eat it too(low fat, of course:>

Hi Marsha, we're so happy to have you here. I'm another ~gulp~ over 50 Catheite. Well, we just have to try harder, don't we?

The Basic Step is definitely low impact, but don't know if it's too "beginner" for you. The new Low Max which is coming out soon is going to be very tough but low impact.

I also suggest you check out Charlene...she has some great low impact workouts.

I did boot camp this morning, of course, I used lighter weights and only have four risers and I just about died when she did the terminator, could not make it through that one. Owue:9
But I went to the end and now my body is asking why?;-)

Love that name, by the way. So I immediately went and looked you up in the catalog. You look so pretty. Thanks so sharing. I, too, am over 50 -- I'm your same age and I've been excising since...gee, I guess since about 1985-86. But mostly walking and at home. I've only recently discovered the world of exercise videos. And am only a 3-4 month fan of Cathe's.
