anyone have good luck with Zappos.com?

My experience is that it's a good company. I ordered some shoes (free shipping), they didn't fit, and I returned them (free shipping). Everything was correct on my credit card.
I love them! It is the ONLY place online that I will purchase shoes from going foward- great customer service, free shipping both ways- how can you beat that?
An example- I bought a pair of shoes and didn't really like them. I called customer service to find out the best way to make an exchange (because there were another pair in that same brand I wanted to try instead)- and she sent out the exchange shoes THAT DAY- before I had even returned the other pair! I had them two days later (and I still hadn't returned the other pair). And she didn't charge me- since they were the same price she just called it an even exchange. WOW!! Now THAT'S service!!

Have no fear of ordering from Zappos.com. I had never heard of them before my daughter ordered her first pair of shoes from them and subsequently received them in two days without paying any shipping at all - let alone express shipping. Their customer service is exemplary. They even referred me to another website that sold fitness shoes when the pair I wanted happened to be out of stock with Zappos. That's what I call terrific. And that's what makes me go back and order from them again and again and of course recommend them to everyone else. Good luck!!
