Anyone have a rotation to share?

I'm looking to combine Cathe, Horizontal Conditioning and really focus on leg development. Has anyone put a rotation together that uses both?
 
I wouldn't necessarily call this a 'rotation' per say, but this is what I've been doing for the past three weeks. I'm going hiking in June and I wanted more total body strength, which to me means UB, LB, and core. So I came up with a rotation that had a specific focus for each week. They all have core twice a week with HC being the primary core workout. At times you will see CoreMax in the picture, but this is because at times I feel I need to rest my UB. CoreMax works the core but lets me rest my UB.

You will figure out over time how to work HC in for you. I would also like to add that at times I will opt not to do the leg for in HC if I'm following a heavy leg day or I'm going into a heavy leg day. I don't like to fry my legs out during the week. HC doesn't have a ton of leg work, but what she has I find challenging. Hope this helps.

Mon: 4DS Kickboxing/CoreMax 1
Tues: GS Legs
Wed: HC V2
Thurs: Intensity + 100 Hip Thrusts
Fri: 4DS UB Pre-mix

LB Focus
Sun: HC 101 + HiiT 30/30
Mon: Burn Sets UB Pre-mix
Tues: XT Legs
Wed: Intensity
Thurs: HC Oct
Fri: LBB

Cardio Focus
Sun: HC 101 + Spin
Mon: Crossfire
Tues: HC Oct
Wed: CCC
Thurs: High Reps
