Anyone have a Reebok Weighted Vest? A couple questions

Hi All,

I'm considering buying a weighted vest and want to stay in the $100.00 price range. I noticed that the All Pro vest allows for 40#, yet it just looks cumbersome and long in the torso.

I'm thinking about buying the Reebok Weighted Vest because it looks like it may fit my smaller frame a bit better, but I'm not sure if I can buy more weights to add to the 20# vest.

Anyone in the educated crowd have this vest? If so, how does it work for you and can I buy additional weights?

Thanks, in advance! Take care everyone, and have a nice weekend!

I bought one several years ago from Reebok and got extra weights at the same time. The vest comes with 10# of weights already in, and you can buy additional sets of weights (sets of 5, maybe?). I found that the vest actually only holds 19# of weights, so I'm thinking that the material itself might weigh a pound. It fits nice and snuggly to the body, though when you have the full 20# in, it's a little awkward to get on. I can't imagine trying to put on a 40# vest without doing something wonky to my shoulders in the process.

www.walkerswarehouse.com sometimes has walking vests, and they often have sales coupons in Prevention magazine. I got my vest when there was a "free shipping" sale at Reebok. That's something to think about, as the shipping for any heavy item is pretty high.
