I got mine but I had to wait a couple of days for the credit to show up in my account. Had to actually go to the checkout to see it.

Same for me. I just put one in my basket and at check out the total was $0.

You might try doing the same thing!

I got mine. I didn't get an email. I just went to the iTrain checkout and there was a credit there.
