Anyone Ever Try These Products?

YES!!!!! I bought the Theracane for my mother for Mother's Day (she has chronic upper back pain) and I tried it out...felt great! I want to get one for myself now!!!!

My husband has a Thera Cane. He loves it! He panics when he forgets it at work. I use it occasionally too!
 
Yes, yes on the theracane. I was having a lot of pain and stiffness in my neck and shoulders and the theracane worked wonders! I highly recommend it!:D
 
I purchased a Body Back Buddy from Amazon yesterday. I will be using it as soon as I get home this evening. I hope this works. I can't afford a massage every couple of weeks anymore.

I saw the review on Amazon where someone liked the Body Back Buddy better. Hmmm . . . say that 10 times fast. Anyway, please give us your review. I placed it on my wish list this morning.

I used it about 15 minutes this evening. I was afraid I was going to overdue it so I went light on the pressure. I think this is going to work. I felt more relaxed than I have in a long time.
 
Thanks for posting this. I'm prone to trigger points in my back and right glute. The cane will work a lot better than my TP ball for the ones that are in the middle of my back. I ordered it and according to the shipping notification, it should be arriving today.

I've had the Trigger Point Therapy book for awhile and highly recommend it. :)

I'll have to check out the Back Buddy. The older I get, the more help I need staying limber.
