YES! I have felt that down, and it took me a long time to get over it. I think that mentally I had to give myself a good kick in the butt and start looking at everything that was good in my life. I was so buisy concentrating on everything that made me sad and stressed that I couldn't even see the good things. I never saw anyone professionally and never went on meds. I just sat there one day and started to look at what I did have. It has taken a while, but I'm doing much better today then I was.
Try as hard as you can to look at all the good things in your life. Don't look at how out of shape you think you are, but at how far you've come from where you were. Try to flip all your negative thoughts around and look at the good things instead.
I have a son that has diabetes, and instead of tinking, poor me, my poor son. I'm thinking, Hey, look at how far they've come from what they knew 100 years ago. He would have died 100 years ago, now he could lead a full healthy normal life. I've got more examples, but I'll leave it at that.
I hope that this helps. I know how you feel though. It's so hard to get out of that funk. But give it your all. You can get out of it, I know you can!
