I've been using a Kegalmaster to strengthen my pelvic floor muscles. I used to leak a lot whenever I tried to run or do any higher impact moves (like jumping jack, etc). It has helped, although I occassionally still have problems with high impact moves (like aerial jacks).
Its funny, I've noticed my pelvic muscles are strongest right after my period.
Anyway, has anyone else used it, and what results are you getting.
