Anyone else peeing???

I have to cross my legs and squeeze my thighs together before I sneeze or I end up spritzing my self.:-( But I have been practicing "sudden stop/go" when I am peeing in the toilet and it has helped a little.:) Sometimes if I have a bad cold w/ really heavy coughing, I have to try really hard to hold the cough or here comes the Nile.:-(

thank you so much everyone for your comments and suggestion!!!

I have noticed the smell when I wore my running tights, not my shorts, so I am thinking that it is the fabric in juncture with not drinking enough water. On my run yesterday, I did not drink water because I didn't want to leak, and it smelled worse so the obvious conclusion is that I am not hydrating myself enough! Thank you EVERYONE!!! I do need to practice me kegals, though. The Nile doesn't only run through Heather's neck of the woods!

IM ALSO GLAD SOME ONE SAID IT IM 26 WITH THREE KIDS, VERY FIT, DO KEGALS AND EVERYTHING BUT WHEN I RUN OR DO ALOT OF JUMPING JACKS I DO PEE ALITTLE JUST A TEENSY BIT BUT ENOUGH TO NEED A PANTY LINER WHEN I DO HARD CARDIO.

THANKS YOU GIRLS FOR BEING SO HONEST IT MAKES ME FEEL ALOT BETTER.

I just want to address the question of to kegel or not to kegel. KEGEL!!! These do work to PREVENT problems and can strengthen the pelvic floor. If you are pregnant, do not learn to kegel by starting and stopping the flow of urine. Read more from Sheila Watkins the perinatal fitness expert

I will add that kegels can improve the strength of the pelvic floor (based on my professinal experience as well as my own) but will not correct an injury to the pelvic floor (ie., during childbirth) or a prolapsed organ. :)

Just keep kegeling, kegeling, kegeling (to the tune from Finding Nemo... just keep swimming... you mom's of Nemo fans know what I'm talkin' 'bout).
