Anyone else ever have a pain in the middle....

When I went to bed last night I was having a few cramps, but nothing serious and I know that it is still very common in the beginning of a pregnancy.But when I woke up today I have pain in the middle of my stomach, like I have an infection or something.But I go to the washroom just fine...no other signs of infection.
Plus, i am not quit as sick today as other days...but thats normal right to? I just have a fear and anything thats a little bit different I point it at a miscarriage even though I have never had one. I guess I figure that this is to good to be true and my dreams will be crushed.
I also think I spend to much time on the babyfit forum where everyone thinks they are miscarrying if the slightest thing goes wrong.

Do you mean like a tummy ache or more like a cramping? I do get tummy aches sometimes and I know they really just tummy aches.

Nope, its neither. I know its not cramping.Its more like the discomfort you get when you have an urine infection. Its pretty much gone now though and I am starting to feel a little sick again...so I guess everything is normal.
I know it is normal to have good days and bad days, but when I have a good day, I wonder if everything is o.k. Maybe my HCG levels didn't double in the last couple of days. The last time I felt really good and was wondering if everything was o.k..I ended up getting sick during the night time, so I better watch out what I wish for
