Today I did KPC and during the punching drills, involving kicbacks, I snapped my elbow back to far
And first the pain wasn't that bad and I continued through out the workout for about 2 min;( until I did something else and it hurt like He**! I thought I was going to throw up.During the workout I was giving it my all and I had the music blasting! And as a child, if I hit my knee or anything for that matter I would knock myself out cold, I just can't handle pain
So anyway,I went upstairs,thought I was going to throw up b/c everything was going hazey and my ears started ringing.I took a towel lay it on the floor and thats where I lay until I felt o.k and the pain went away, then I felt aokay again.But I didn't pass out.
Anyone else ever do this? I guess tomorrow will be running, I don't want to involve my arm in anything
There is a certain way I move my arm now that I am reminded of what I did today but it isn't to bad.I certainly wouldn't do planks or pushups! How long will this take to heal? A week..a few days?
