Anyone done/doing M&F Hers 'Look Great in 8'??

Hi Robin,
I started to do it but I was doing cardio more then it recommend. I only made it pass a week and in the second part of the article it was telling me that I only needed 1300 calories.I thought that that was a little low.
I didn't want to work out my legs a whole lot either....so I am now doing the tank top rotations.I mainly wanted to get my arms in good shape and I figured that working out my body half only twice a week would be fine.
I made it through(almost) the first week of the rotations and I have been doing interval max twice a week and the other 5 days I am putting in 45 minutes of other aerobics.
I thought that the article was great to...but I think that if I had only just gotten into doing weight work then I would of been able to see results.Plus I would have missed my cathe tapes to much.
