I did pyramid up only today for the first time. I'm recovering from a back injury and I find this to be the perfect workout to begin my weight training again. I think either one is only about 30 min., perfect for a time-crunched day. And it gives me time to add on a yoga or core workout afterwards. In fact, I plan on starting a modified tank top rotation in a few weeks, and I think I'm going to do these premixes 3 times a week for the duration.
