Anyone doing P.A.C.E.?

About three weeks ago I was introduced to PACE through a co-worker and I'm giving it a go. I'm using the Blasts in Cathe's workouts for it, as well as Boot Camp and some days of just sprints. Just wondering though if anyone else is/has done PACE and what their results were?
 
Yeah, sorry! It is a HIIT program - 1 minute HI, 1 minute rest, repeated for 5-6 sets. It was created by Dr. Al Sears and he swears that it is the best way to burn fat. Have to say, I'm still a little skeptical, but what he says makes sense. It just feels strange to be completely done with a workout in 10-12 minutes. Anyway, just thought I would check.

I havent followed this program but have added just one itread workout a week which is HIIT and I feel like I am leaner throughout my stomach area and hips. I might start doing them 2x week and see where I get.
