Anyone Doing BodyRX?

Just wondering if anyone's using this program and if so, how you incorporate videos into the program? I love the eating plan and I love doing Cathe's video strength DVD's..now I'm thinking that if I bought the "Pure Strength" series, maybe that would work pretty well w/Dr. Connelly's exercise set up?
 
Hi! I cant really answer your question b/c I only have followed the eating plan which I just wanted to chime in and say that I too love it! It makes so much sense for me. I've even narrowed down the food choices from the lists to only the ones I like and I have them written on green, red, and yellow index cards! I lost 10 lbs following his eating plan and I hadnt changed my workout regime at all. I basically do mostly Cathe, doing cardio 3-5 times a week and strength training at least twice a week. I need to get back into the swing of things, b/c I have gained back 5 lbs after an illness and a low period in my life recently. I cant even remember the last time I did a good leg workout! I want to be able to fit into my favorite jeans again come fall! Time to drag that book out and reevaluate the workout routines again, thanks for the reminder!

Hi Stacy. Yes I think BodyRX makes a lot of sense, foodwise. I love doing videos so my hope was to incorporate some of them into the routine and I think it can be done!

I reviewed the book a bit yesterday. LOL I tended to carry it around for awhile, but now I see there's software available for the Palm Pilot, so I may get that!
