anyone doing a CTX rotation?

I'm new to Cathe tapes and have been lurking for awhile and finally decided to post a message!

I am doing the CTX rotation and wanted to know if anyone is doing that rotation now and how is it going? What is your next rotation?

Also-I ordered practally all of Cathe's tapes (except Intensity series...)and is it just me or does Cathe look COMPLETELY different in each video? She's amazing!!!!!
 
Welcome! I usually do CTX for 4 weeks working each upper body part twice and then doing each cardio and LL once per week. Then I do MIS 3 x's a week for 4 weeks, then Pure Strength 1x per week for 8 weeks, then S&H 1x a week for 3 weeks, PH 3x's a week for 4 weeks, then start the whole thing over. Enjoy your videos!!!

I just received the CTX DVD and would be glad to join you on this rotation. Right now I've just done all the workouts once and haven't started a proper rotation yet. I would like to 1 UPPer Body and 1 Lower body workout(to start with), and alternate CTX cardio with the treadmill with one rest day. What is your rotation like ?
Did you get all Cathe videos or DVD(s) ?I just have the CTX series right now.

I'm doing what I guess you could call an all-weight CTX rotation. I alternate CTX UB and Leaner Legs for muscle endurance weight training. I've seen spectacular results!

You're back!! How are you feeling? I read on Ectochick check that you weren't feeing well again. Sounds like you're better??? I sure hope so. I, too, love CTX UB and LL for endurance weight work. If you don't see this, I'll post a thread just to you!!! SO glad to see you posting!!!:)

thanks for the messages! I am in week 3 of the CTX rotation that Cathe created and someone put out on one of the rotation boards. Basically, the first 2 weeks were PS then the next 7 weeks are straight CTX (does not include upper body..) and the last week has Power Hour included. I really love this rotation - so if anyone wants to join me.....
 
I just wanted to add that I've been doing CTX (pretty much as Cathe made it) for the last few weeks. I didn't double-up on body parts, or just do all upper body one day or anything like that, just worked one title a day six days in a row.

I started it as a kind of "vacation" because I got a bit burnt out on straight weights alternating with straight cardio.

I've seen excellent results, especially in my arms! They're getting quite defined, something I didn't expect since I was only working one body part a day. My weights pretty much match Cathe's on the upper body segments, too.

I've done all the cardio as prescribed, starting with a 4" step (because I am a klutz) and then moving on up to 6" when I learned the moves. I'm very happy with CTX and think of it as "Cathe's Masterpiece." (Somebody else called it that, I don't remember who, but it's true!)

Hopefully, I'll be getting my Intensity DVDs on Monday!
