I did GS Legs floorwork and L&G standing work. I felt that, but waited 10 minutes before I started Low Max. I did some abs though before I started so I wasn't completley resting. Maybe next time I'm thinking about doing Low Max first, then do the others in a few minutes. Get the harder one over with;-)
