I was just wondering if anyone has thought a head about a body blast rotation. I am getting the DVDs so I will still not get them for a bit. I need to start a new rotation and want to do something that will 1) get me ready for body blast but 2) also be different then a body blast rotation would be. Any ideas? Thanks Amanda

I am also getting myself ready for the DVDs (Kick, Punch and crunch has me ssssccccaared!), so I am doing the following for the next week and deciding what to do next week, with I also posted on the "Share your rotation" thread:

September 22, 2003 Monday: Shape it up (Slim Series)
September 23, 2003 Tuesday: Run & PS Chest, Shoulders and Triceps
September 24, 2003 Wednesday: Imax 2 (1-5) and Back Biceps and Abs
September 25, 2003 Thursday: Mix it up (Slim Series)
September 26, 2003 Friday: Taebo
September 27, 2003 Saturday Tear it up (Slim Series)
September 28, 2003 Sunday Bootcamp OR Cardio & Weights
September 29, 2003 Monday Imax2

I am mixing a bit of everything and upping my upperbody work since the rest of the rotation takes care of the heart and the legs. We'll see if I survive this week! :7

Check out both of these discussion threads on the Slim Series. They really work. They also have the Slim in 6 series, which is a bit easier, supposedly. Regardless, they kick butt!

Hi There! Of course we've already thought up our rotations!LOL I decided to work mine this way:

1: Supersets (this is the total body)
2: Kick Punch & Crunch (cardio)
3: Push/Pull (another total body)
4: Step Blast (cardio)
5: Legs/Glutes
6: Step Jump & Pump (cardio + weights)

Of course I have to view them first, this may change; I've been doing Cathe's Sept. rotation to prepare me for these new tapes. Whew! Its been pretty hard & looking forward to a REST!!!:7 Kathy

Thanks! I go to the gym a lot now because I was doing all cathe for a bit. Now that it is getting colder I want to go back to Cathe because i do them in my house and I can just roll out of bed in the AM. How is the Sept rotation. Have you seen any results? I just need something to pass the time until the new series comes. I can not wait to hear the reviews from the people getting the videos. I will be so jealous though because us DVD people have ot wait soooo long. amanda

Hi Amanda! The Sept. rotation is a toughy not quite sure if I would say its enjoyable though!:D Its very intense but since I've lowered my calories a little I've seen results; leaner in my mid-section. It definitely took me out of my plateau. Can't wait to see what Cathe has in store for next month.}( I'm jealous of YOU getting your DVDs; so many more options to chose from than the VHS's. Enjoy! Kathy
