Yes! My add-ons are out for delivery TODAY! They shipped yesterday from NJ - I'm in CT (so one day standard ground shipping).

I got a notification by email from SNM.

Christi - I received an e-mail yesterday stating my DVD had shipped and it is to be delivered tomorrow, the 21st. I guess it takes two days for me, I'm in NC.
 
I preordered the new ones and added on two GS and S&H on Friday the 16th in the morning (10AM +/-). I got a confirmation and tracking information email Friday afternoon and the DVD's arrived Monday the 19th(yesterday!) WOW!! I live just outside Washington DC.
 
Yep - I preordered Friday the 16th in the morning, got my UPS shipping notification Friday evening and received my add-on (baby-doll T) yesterday.
 
I didn't get a confirmation for any of my things either, besides the preorder. I'm scared now because I did check Mastercard instead of Visa and I was using a Visa. Maybe that messed everything up. I emailed customer service and they said it shouldn't be a problem, but I haven't seen my CC charged yet. I normally get stuff from Cathe within 2 days. Boo hoo!;(
 
I preordered the first day and my low impact step dvd should be on my doorstep today.


I think you should contact SNM. I know you ordered around the same time I did.
 
I just ordered the exact same thing this morning as you Rogue! I'm in Maryland. We're practically neighbors!

I waited until this morning b/c I couldn't decide which dvds to get. I'll probably get my shipment Thursday or Friday.
