Anybody up for a 4DS Rotation Check-In?

Sorry for posting this here, but thought anybody not in a challenge might read this here.

I was going to start a 4DS type rotation starting tomorrow, and was wondering if anybody wanted to do a check in with me?

Hi!
I may like to check in but I started CTX today and was going to alternate a CTX week with a 4DS week with an odd workout (yoga, The Pit, KB) thrown in here and there.
 
Not exactly sure how I was going to do the 4DS, but today I did the kickbox for the cardio (loved it!), and then did chest and back. And not sure how long I will do this........I was also thinking about incorporating Amy Bento's Slo Mo into this rotation.

Any suggestions? Maybe we can do a 4DS rotation and go with it for four weeks, and add whatever else we want to this? I'm up for anything you want to add.
 
I would love to join, but I made a ONE MONTH rotation with the DVDs I have now...everyday I ALWAYS do something different, so my bodies in constant guess mode and I DONT' GET BORED! heheee:eek:

What do we want to call our check-in? 4DS And Then Some?
