Anybody starting a new rotation this week????

OK....I need a kick in the pants! I'm looking for company!

I'm trying to pick a rotation, but there's just too many choices! LOL

SO.......what's everybody doing? Rotation? Picking a workout based on how you feel? Training for anything specific????

I've been having trouble getting myself started again. I just ran a half marathon last Sunday and it seems I just can't focus on exercise now.

I'm shooting for weight loss of 15 pounds. And at the same time, toning.

Help me help myself!

Don't know, you probably are in much better shape than I am. I have been on Cathe's March 07 Intermediate Rotation plus I added 45 to 60 min walks/walk-runs with my dogs in the evening, plus Yoga/Stretching.
I went heavier on the weights than I ever did before and I can see some definition underneath the layer of fat.

Works well for me, with a change in diet, I lost 10.5 lbs and 6 % bodyfat in 16 days. However, I do have a lot to lose and I don't think it will continue that fast, but we'll see.

Don't underestimate the Intermediate Rotation, it kicks butt pretty good.

Hi Gayle!

I'm right there with you. I need to lose about 15 pounds too, especially after just coming back from vacation this weekend. I haven't even exercised since half marathon on the 28th. (GASP) My butt needs to be kicked too. I hope someone will chime in and give us some good ideas.

I need to join in on this. I'm going to start training for a marathon in June and I need a rotation to get me ready for this.

I've just done day three of Cathe's current rotation - the premix one for May. I can recommend that.

I'm really enjoying it. I chose it mainly cos I've got most of the dvds so don't have to do much subbing.

This is my first attempt at a rotation and it's going well so far.

I don't have any particular goals though (and a half marathon would kill me!).

I just started FitnessFreak's May rotation today. Am looking forward to doing it as I just completed February's Muscle Endurance rotation.
 
First, it's good to know that I'm not alone on this! I'm ready and NEED to start tomorrow. Fresh start. Clean slate. Forget the past and work on the future. All that. NEED IT!

Upperwests.....where is that rotation? I was actually online earlier today, looking for FitnessFreak's rotations, but didn't really have the time to browse for too long.

OK....TOMORROW! Chime in!!! I'm up for cardio to kick my butt in gear. Something fierce. Somthing fun. Something like...

Hi

I am doing Fitness Freaks May rotation also. I started on Sunday so I can take Saturdays off (hmmm - margaritas maybe).}(

I need to lose 15 lbs. In addition I am trying to jog/walk my dog three days a week for 2.5 miles each time.

I have gained 15 lbs in 5 months due to anti-depressant and I am OVER it.

Should we name this thread???

I am right there with you. There are so many rotations that I want to try, i can't seem to make up my mind on one. I haven't been eating like I should. I gotta shake this off so I don't gain weight. I would like to lose 7-8 lbs. for summer. Maybe we could do a check-in.

Gayle and Ashley I went through the same problem when I started with Cathe. I finally decided to jump into the one for that month. I recommend you do the same. I really enjoy Cathe's May 07 rotation:D

Hi Gayle! I decided to try a superset rotation that Debbie is doing (fitnessfreak366) but no way can I lift the amount of weight she does! WHOA! I want to see what results I'll get from doing this. Debbie posts in the Hardcore check-in.

BTW: Its no wonder you don't feel like exercising after training & running a marathon. That must take an awful lot of discipline. Kudos to you for accomplishing this goal. Perhaps take a week off to recoup & then think about what you want to do.

Marcia-still undecided, but...

DO YOU GUYS WANT TO DO A CHECK IN OVER AT THE CHECK-IN FORUMS??? We could call it the "Undecided Check-In" or something funny.

I THINK I've decided to do the Lower Body Bonanza rotation, from April of 06 (I think that's the month). lol. My lower body needs it bad and my body really responds well to lower body work.

CHECK IN? WHAT DO YOU THINK????
