Hi Everyone! Does anyone have a BOSU? Mindy Mylrea has a tape that looks really cool! Has anybody done this tape? Do you do the same moves or similar ones as you do step? How much strength training too can be done on it. Is it worth it to get one? So many questions I'm hoping all of you can help me out. Not that I need another toy!!LOL Thanks a lot, Kathy;-)
