Any Spinning instructors out there?

What do you have to do to become one?

I took a JohnnyG Spinning class that lasted a whole Sat and then took a test within 6 months of the class. Oh, I forgot the paying $300 part! But it is so educational and so worth it!

JohnnyG is the one that has been recommended to me. How do you go about finding one???

Lois, Spinning is trademarked. So if you want to be a Spinning instructor, you have to be certified by that organization. Here's a link:

There are other group cycling certifications (Reebok has one). By the way, Johnny G is no longer part of Spinning or Madd Dog.
