I'm familiar with the moves, so I'd like something advanced and challenging. I have one by Mari Windsor that's not a bad workout, but I find her a little annoying. Does anyone have recommendations? Thanks in advance!
I really like 10 Minute Solution's Quick Sculpt Pilates with Andrea Leigh Rogers. You use the ball for the first 4 segments and the 5th one is standing pilates. It can be quite challenging.
A couple of other good ones are MTV Pilates Mix with Kristin McGee and Weight Loss Pilates with Kristin McGee.
