Has anyone tried this- www.spinningtv.com/ - or have an opinion? I'm dying to try spinning as an alternative cardio workout.
Darli Ann,
No problem. You can also use your spinner bike with Spinervals DVDs and cardio coach. There are many options, just depends on how much you personally like indoor cycling.
As for bikes, I've heard that from a longevity perspective, the Spinner Home version bikes aren't as durable as the commercial grade bikes like the Spinner Pro/Elite/NXT. Not to sounds like a commercial for Jeff, but he has a deal right now on a 2007 Spinner Pro that is comparable to www.spinning.com's home version super sport package. Again, the fact that Jeff tunes the bike for you is worth it's weight in gold. He also gives you a great manual for preventative maintenance procedures, as well as (depending on your deal), clips, DVDs, music, as well as free lifetime support for as long as you own your bike. No bike will be maintenance free, but it's good to know that the bike has been tuned before you get it. Anyway, I'll certainly let you make a decision on your own, but wanted to make sure you had more feedback to make an informed decision.
