Any one look at older pics and realize you ARE improving

It was great.. this weekend my kids and i looked at our pics... and I realize I really do look a lot better/younger - thanks to cathe and eating clean.

Made my day my kids saw a pic of about 10 or 11 years ago and thought it looked like 2 years ago.. YIPEEE... O they are teens - thus brutally honest!!!

They did say I looked younger on my honeymoon.. but that was 19 years ago.. so I guess I can handle that...

Has been pretty cool - recently folks have been guessing my age at about 10 years younger.. YIPEE

GRANTED my motivation is not ALL superficial but it sure does help for motivation!!!

That's one thing I DON'T want to do...look at pics of me at any stage of my life. I try to avoid having a camera pointed at me always. Looking in a mirror is enough.

I experienced this with legs. I used to not work my legs heavy and I didn't do as much squatting. When I see those pictures my legs look smooth above the knee and up the thigh. Now, there is a clear bulge of the quadricep muscle above my knee (a good thing in my book). Also, my shoulders now look a little more squared off and erect.

After over a decade of weight training, and only moderate improvements in the diet, it IS hard to detect changes on a monthly or even yearly basis. Jeanne
