Any one done S&H recently?

I'm gearing up for S&H after I finish the 4th week of the CTX rotation. I've had great results on this in the past but remember it needs LOT of mental focus so I'm hoping your successes will inspire me.

If I can't get inspired may do Body blast or Intensity series instead ;)

well i no longer have the workouts themselves(dang vcr) i do use this method often in my weight training. it does need a lot of mental focus but you can seriously build some strength with it. i am doing some shoulder and chest exercise with 12lbs as opposed to the 8 and 10lbs i was using less then a month ago and i do have some great definition. lets us know what you decide. btw how are you doing now? see any great results with your ctx rotation?

I do a S &H rotation every few months, and am just finishing up another one. I've noticed HUGE improvements in upper body strength (I don't do the lower body 'cause I can't load/lift a barbell heavy enough). Today, I managed to do two sets of flies with 20 pound weights, 25 for bench press. And, after months and months of trying, after this last rotation, have finally be able to move up to 12 pounds for most shoulder exercises. I've noticed a big improvement in my push-up potential on GS. Wonder of wonders, I'm looking a lot better too (and might even have lost a bit of weight!)

I'm planning on doing S&H next week, one body part per day. I may do this for 2-3 weeks if all goes well.

I think I will actually do intensity or blast next. I'm just coming back and think I need a little more work!

kassia - yes I've gotten good results - mainly I'm a lot less stressed, feel better and today I went shopping for pants and I think they are fitting better :)

I love S&H, I'm starting that series this week. Today I'm going to do S&H Chest only, then do Pyramid Upper Body Chest only. That should give me a great burn. I'll add on some cardio and abs as well. This will be what I do each day this week except change body parts (tomorrow will be tri's, then back, etc...) Have fun with S&H, its a great workout!
