First, I am so glad that you are healing nicely. It's good to know that you are doing a lot better. In your last update on the 27th of Jan you stated you had another doctors appt. in a little over a week. I was just wondering if you had that appt. yet and how it went. Again, I hope you are still improving and will be ready to film soon. I know we all can't wait. You are so awesome Cathe!!! Thanks for all the mornings of working out together. You keep me motivated and ready for the rest of the day.
