Hi Guys if thwere are out there today
Today I started with Yoga,rollerblading @ lunch & tonight is back & shoulders from HC or SH.

Hey guys-

I did most of the first disc of 4DS. Lower and Higher Intensity Step, and Back/Chest. I'm trying to turn the 4 day split into a three day split because I can't workout Wed or Fri (unless I do it in the AM). Dripping with sweat, but had a great time.
