Hey guys
Do workout today, just about to give the kids a bath, but I did GS Legs on Monday, and GS Chest/Triceps yesterday. I thought I would get the push ups this time, but ended up doing 16, 14, 11, 5, 3, and the rest on my knees. Someday I'll get them all. I also upped my weight s for triceps, and both my chest and triceps are burning today.
